Q: CAN I RETURN MY PARCEL?
Goods that are entitled for refund, return or exchange only if you received the wrong item or defective item (such as wide range of damage or dirt). You can do so within 7 days of the receipt of the parcel. Other than these mentioned reasons, return of parcels are not acceptable, including items which are purchased on sale.
Q: WHAT ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED?
Goods sold are non refundable, returnable or exchangeable under following circumstances:
A) Slight difference on product colours.
Actual product colours might differ slightly due to the website or lightings set in the studio and should not be considered as manufacturing defect.
B) Slight difference on product measurements.
Actual product measurements might differ up between 2-4cm from what is provided on the website due to different stretchable quality of the materials and such should not be considered as a defect.
C) Slight difference on printed products.
Placement of prints or colour patches may differ from individual pieces and this does not fall under manufacturing defect.
D) Scents of new products.
New product might consists scents caused by fabrics or dyes and this will gradually disappear after wash hence this will not considered as manufacturing defect.
E) Preorder/ backorder waiting time is longer than the stated period.
Due to the fact that we cannot fully control or guarantee the expected delivery date to be followed by our supplier factories that has led to unforeseeable delays.
F) Wrinkles caused by shipping.
This is considered as non-defective product as we can’t control the shipping procedure.
G) Activewears and inner wears are strictly non exchangeable nor refundable due to hygienic reasons.
H) Wrong size ordered, wrong colour ordered or “I don’t like the item”.
We do not allow exchanges of size or returns due to buyer’s negligence in buying the wrong item or wrong size that does not fit as all the measurements are provided clearly in the product description. Hence, please make sure all purchase informations are correct 'colours, sizes and quality' before checking out.
Q: HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Please contact our support team if you received the wrong size, wrong item or item that has obvious manufacturing defects. Kindly snap photos (photo of the size label if you received the wrong size, photo of the item if you received the wrong item and photo of the defective part if you receive defective item) and provide us your order ID by simply sending us an email via email@example.com.
Once you have obtained approval from our support team that your item(s) can be returned, please ensure to provide us a ‘proof of postage’ by indicating the courier company used and tracking number via email. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach our warehouse.
We will proceed with one- time exchange on the same item. If the product is unavailable or out of stock, you may choose to hold payment for backorder or request for a full refund.
Please allow up to 7-14 working days for returned items to reach our warehouse and for further process. Exchanged goods are sent out free of charge and is only processed when we have successfully received the returned goods. All item(s) must be returned in the original condition unaltered, unworn, unwashed. We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges deemed inappropriate.
